1  cup  Quinoa  
1  cup  unsweetened coconut milk  
1  tablespoon  Honey  
1  tablespoon  orange zest   
0.5  teaspoon  salt  
1  cup  cubed pineapple  
0    raw sugar, to taste  

  1. Place the Inner Pot in the Power Quick Pot.

  2. Press the Sauté Button, scroll to the Vegetable setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Program Dial

    again to con rm the default setting and begin the cooking cycle (340° F/170° C for 10 mins.).

  3. Add the quinoa, coconut milk, honey, orange zest, and salt to the Inner Pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until thickened (6–8 mins.).
